...Speaking of moving, I thought you might like to see a picture of where Mike and I will (most likely) be living our first months in VA. It's a little institutional looking, but I'm hoping my inner Martha Stewart will emerge enough to make it quite homey.
P.S. The good news is that it's extremely close to campus and it has a guest bedroom. So please come visit... We promise to play great hosts.

Ash, you make me so proud!!! Matt and I are looking at houses now and after driving around neighborhoods (seemingly all day) alone...I couldnt help but smile when I saw yours- Matt is still in England, but he'll be back in two weeks. Just in case: dont ever ever ever think it is a good idea for one person to move ahead of the other-- just go together. Its no fun for either the person going ahead or the one left to be apart in such a huge change and stressful time. I hope to see you both soon- we are hoping to make it up there sometime this spring. love you-
